1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using Lagili, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What Lagili Is
Lagili is a marketplace where customers post requests describing what they need and providers submit competing offers. Lagili connects customers and providers — it is not a party to any sale, and does not itself sell, deliver, or guarantee parts or services.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to describe requests accurately, respond to offers in good faith, and communicate honestly with providers through the app.
5. Provider Responsibilities & Approval
Providers must be approved by Lagili before submitting offers. Approval may be withdrawn if a provider misrepresents their business, submits misleading offers, or violates these Terms.
6. Offers & Transactions
Any agreement reached between a customer and a provider (price, delivery, payment) is between those two parties. Lagili does not process payments or guarantee the outcome of a transaction at this stage.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Lagili to post fraudulent requests or offers, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent the app to avoid its rules.
8. Suspension & Termination
Lagili may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, to protect the marketplace and its users.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lagili is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Lagili is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between customers and providers.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
