This policy explains what information Lagili collects and how it is used. Lagili collects only what is needed to connect customers and providers.
2. Information We Collect
Account details (name, email or phone, password), request content (text, photos, category, vehicle details where relevant), offers you send or receive, and messages exchanged through the app's chat.
3. Location Data
With your permission, Lagili uses your approximate location to match you with nearby providers and to show distance on offers. You can decline location access; some matching quality may be reduced.
4. How We Use Your Information
To operate the marketplace: matching requests to providers, sending notifications about offers and messages, preventing abuse, and improving the product.
5. Sharing With Other Users
When you submit or receive an offer, limited contact details are shared with the other party so the transaction can proceed. Lagili does not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational needs.
7. Your Rights
You can review and update your account information at any time in Settings, and you can request account deletion.
8. Cookies
Lagili uses a small number of cookies required for authentication and language preference — see the cookie notice for details.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
